Gatwick Park offers a full service from initial design through installation, to project handover. Our project consultancy service assists clients in evaluation of existing installations, proposals, amd preparation of tender documents and drawings.

Whether the project is large or small, the team will ensure that all requirements are considered during the design and consultancy phase.

It is our aim to ensure proposals are both energy efficient and environmentally sound, as well as cost effective.

During the design phase, the team will liaise directly with the client, which usually includes an on-site investigation to ensure that our proposals meet and enhance the clients requirements, and provides the opportunity to discuss the project in detail.

At this point, for consultancy projects, we can provide drawings and specification documents ready for tender stage; and reports on existing plant and recommendations.

The company has a vast experience of carrying out installations in hotels, schools, leisure centres, ecclesiastical buildings, offices, industrial units, as well as larger residential buildings. Whether refurbishment or new-build, we undertake projects in a wide range of disciplines, including:

  • Air Conditioning
  • Heating
  • Ventilation (supply and extract)
  • Gas
  • Domestic water services
  • Public health (above ground drainage; rainwater)
  • Ductwork services
  • Dust collection
  • Controls systems
  • Fume exhaust systems
  • Clean rooms
  • Thermal insulation and fire protection

Installation is undertaken to a programme tailored to the clients convenience, co-ordinating with other trades, where applicable, to make optimum use of site time and ensure specific project goals are achieved on time.

Our engineers are all CSCS registered operatives and hold relevant statutory qualifications for the work being carried out.

Health and safety on site is of paramount importance to us. All of our staff strictly adhere to the guidelines set out in our general health and safety policy and site specific conditions. Committed to doing our bit for the environment, we have implemented our own environmental policy to manage the impact of our work on the environment.

The commissioning and handover phase will include a site demonstration to the end-user, ensuring that the client can achieve optimum performance from the plant.

To ensure that newly-installed plant continues to run efficiently, and to maintain manufacturer’s warranties, we advise all our clients to take out a regular servicing and maintenance programme, on the selection of which we would be happy to advise.
